Whenever you have resized an editable path stroke with the Selection Tool, you can decide how this transformation should be performed:
Scale Outlines: to keep the same contours, as if it was zoomed in or out
Scale Path: to keep the same brush tip size, as if it was redrawn at another size
⚠️ This feature does NOT work with outlined shapes, as the underlying path & brush tip data are not anymore available.
Also mind that boolean operations and using the eraser without the Trim Strokes feature will always convert editable strokes into outlines.
